Krystin Frazier-Santiago brings almost a decade of legal expertise and knowledge to her practice. Licensed in Texas and Louisiana, Krystin has practiced for many years as an accomplished attorney practicing Real Estate Law, Business Law, Estate Law, and Environmental Law. She has been recognized as a Louisiana Superlawyer and as a Louisiana Rising Star.
With a heart to help her community at an affordable rate, Krystin decided to open a small practice and narrow her focus to Real Estate and Title Law, Business Law, Estate Planning, and Civil Litigation. After practicing for Am200 law firms for nearly ten years, Krystin is excited to bring a personal touch to her client relationships.
A north Louisiana native, Krystin was born in Ruston and later moved to Grambling during her High School career. Krystin graduated Valedictorian from Grambling State University and top of her class at Southern University Law Center. She is a proud member of Alpha Kapa Alpha Sorority and has a passion for promoting generational wealth in the community. Krystin enjoys presenting on the topics of business law, title law, and estate planning in underserved communities.
After law school Krystin and her husband, Byron, made New Orleans their home. When not practicing law, she mostly enjoys activities centered around spending time with her husband and daughter, Marielle.
